Digital Underground - Sex Packets

Post by Passionate Pat on Sat May 10, 2008 11:08 pm

Hearing this CD for the 1st time today, I think this is a tru gem in the rap game. Passionate lyrics from Money B, passionate singing from Shock G, passionate comedy from Humpty Hump and of course passionate music.

posted this in another thread, but here you go again:

all that talk about Digital Underground makes me want to dig for that 'best of D.U.' CD that I put together for me, myself and I back in the day. and in case you care for that tracklisting:

1. The Way We Swing
2. Kiss Me Back
3. Wind Me Up (I love this song!!)
4. Packet Man (Worth A Packet Remix)
5. No Nose Job
6. Jerkit Circus
7. The Return Of The Crazy One
8. The Odd Couple (feat. Biz Markie)
9. Doowutchyalike
10. Oregano Flow (Gumbo Soup Mix)
11. Freaks Of The Industry (probably one of my top 10 favorite rap songs of all time)
12. Man's Girl
13. Walk Real Kool
14. Sex Packets

True that jack, this fella use to get busy doing the Humpty Dance at the house parties back in the day.

By the way, how was their other albums that came out?

I like all their records, although "this is an ep release" and "sons of the p" are probably my least favorite.
